Terms and Conditions of Room Hire
All occupants must vacate the rooms by 10am.
Occupants are not allowed to enter the rooms before 3pm on day of hire.
All occupants must pay a 50% deposit on booking.
Any cancellation must be advised over the telephone and in writing. See cancellation policy.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the room is in good working order, if the occupant is not satisfied please contact the manager immediately.
The occupants must ensure to take good care of the room and its contents. Please leave the room clean and tidy.
Please inform the manager of any damage or breakages. The occupier is liable for any costs, loss or damager suffered as a result.
No pets are allowed in the rooms unless they are guide dogs.
